Domestic Orders

  • Lost Packages (Not Delivered):
    If your package is marked as lost by the courier and never delivered, we take full responsibility. In such cases, we will replace your order or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

  • Packages Marked as Delivered but Not Received:
    If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but you haven’t received it, the situation becomes more complex. While we understand the frustration this can cause, once a package is marked as delivered, factors like theft, misdelivery, or porch piracy may come into play.

    • In these cases, we encourage you to check with neighbors, roommates, or your local post office to locate the package.
    • If the package cannot be found, we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly, but we do not assume full responsibility for packages marked as delivered.

International Orders

For international orders, our responsibility ends once the package leaves the United States and is handed off to the destination country’s postal system. Delivery times may vary due to customs and local mail processes, and we recommend tracking your package closely.

What to Do If There’s a Problem

If your package hasn’t arrived or you believe it may be lost:

  1. Please wait 30 days from the shipping date to allow time for the package to move through the postal system.
  2. Contact us with your order details, and we’ll investigate the issue.
  3. For confirmed lost or undelivered packages, we’ll work with you to find the best resolution.
